Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile,
posts, garage entries, scheduled routes, club memberships, event RSVPs, comments, and
invitations cannot be recovered. We recommend reviewing what you'd like to keep before
starting the deletion process.
Delete from inside the app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Parallel app on your phone.
You'll need to be signed in.

Open Parallel on your iPhone or Android device and sign in.

Tap the person icon in the bottom tab bar to go to your profile.

Tap the menu (three lines) in the top-right corner, then tap
Settings.

Scroll down to Delete Account and tap it. You'll be asked to re-enter
your password (or re-authenticate with Google / Apple) to confirm — this is a security
step required by our authentication provider.

Confirm the deletion. Your account, profile content, and personally identifiable data
will be removed from our systems immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (username, profile photo, bio)
- Your garage uploads (vehicles, photos)
- Your posts, comments, and reactions
- Your scheduled routes and event RSVPs (your participation; the route or event itself
may remain visible to others if it was created by someone else)
- Your club memberships
- Your follow / Crew relationships (both directions)
- Your sent and received notifications
- Your authentication record
What may be retained (and why)
- Anonymized aggregate metrics (e.g. total miles driven across all users
for a given week) that no longer identify you.
- Backup and audit logs for up to 90 days, retained only for security
and legal compliance. These are not used for any other purpose and are purged on a rolling
schedule.
- Crash reports previously captured by our error reporter (Sentry) that
may have included diagnostic context. We do not retain personal-identifier-bearing crash
reports beyond 90 days.
- Content other users created that referenced you (e.g. someone else's
post that tagged you, or a club they admin that you were a member of). Their content is
not ours to delete, but your name/handle is removed from those references.
Can't access the app?
If you lost access to your account, your phone, or otherwise can't complete the in-app
deletion, email us at info@mira-techsolutions.com
from the email address associated with your Parallel account, with the subject line
Delete my Parallel account. Include your username if you remember it. We will
verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, typically within 7.
