Delete Your Account

How to remove your Parallel account and data
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your profile, posts, garage entries, scheduled routes, club memberships, event RSVPs, comments, and invitations cannot be recovered. We recommend reviewing what you'd like to keep before starting the deletion process.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Parallel app on your phone. You'll need to be signed in.

Open Parallel on your iPhone or Android device and sign in.

Tap the person icon in the bottom tab bar to go to your profile.

Tap the menu (three lines) in the top-right corner, then tap Settings.

Scroll down to Delete Account and tap it. You'll be asked to re-enter your password (or re-authenticate with Google / Apple) to confirm — this is a security step required by our authentication provider.

Confirm the deletion. Your account, profile content, and personally identifiable data will be removed from our systems immediately.

Can't access the app?

If you lost access to your account, your phone, or otherwise can't complete the in-app deletion, email us at info@mira-techsolutions.com from the email address associated with your Parallel account, with the subject line Delete my Parallel account. Include your username if you remember it. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, typically within 7.
